Uses.
1, used as vinyl, dienyl monomer polymerization initiator, the recommended crosslinking temperature range is 180-240 ℃. In the sugary method and kettle method of high-pressure polyethylene polymerization process, it is a commonly used initiator, cross-linking temperature range of 240-280 ℃.
2、It is the high temperature curing agent of unsaturated polyester.
3、It is a vulcanizing agent for diene rubber, suitable for vulcanizing thick rubber products. Good tensile strength, elongation and resistance to compression and permanent deformation, approved by FDA, suitable for most of the rubber, polyurethane elastomer, silicone rubber vulcanization, can get white and various bright colors of rubber products.
4, used in polypropylene high-speed spinning (polypropylene) industry, to do molecular weight regulator (used in the production of cooling masterbatch). Has a narrow molecular weight distribution, high melt index, spinning uniform characteristics.
It is an excellent degradation agent used in polypropylene modification. Adding this product to polypropylene can make rheology-controlled polypropylene, improve fluidity, make it possible to mold polypropylene quickly, and reduce the deformation produced by molding. The modified polypropylene can be made into film material.
5、It is used as oil additive and transformer oil coagulant.
