Multi-purpose Bonding Plastic Powder
(1) Characteristics:
Convenient processability.
Flexible adhesiveness.
Suitable for bonding new materials that are incompatible or prone to delamination. It enables interlayer bonding of different materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, cross-linked polyethylene, foamed polyurethane, and nylon without delamination. It is commonly used for interlayer bonding between polyethylene and foamed polyurethane, between polypropylene and polyethylene, and between polypropylene and foamed polyurethane, etc.
2) Usage Method:
After the first batch of shell material is molded or adhered to the wall in the rotational molding machine, prepare to spray AD33 adhesive;
Second feeding of AD33 adhesive: The minimum process time is only tens of seconds. Within the temperature range that the product can withstand during processing, the higher the temperature when adding AD33, the better the adhesion; low temperatures may cause AD33 to fail to adhere to the shell material. Use a specially designed feeder to blow AD33 into the machine through the exhaust hole or other holes. AD33 can be added within the temperature range of 180–300°C; the higher the temperature, the faster the bonding can be achieved.
Third feeding: After AD33 is sprayed, there is no need for special heating or heat preservation, and the third feeding can be carried out quickly. The material for the third feeding can be polyethylene, polypropylene, foamed polyurethane, foamed polyethylene, etc.
Notes: If the adhesiveness of AD33 is poor, increase the working temperature inside the furnace when spraying AD33. AD33 is not affected by high temperatures during spraying; the only concern is excessively low temperatures.
3) Product Physical Properties:
Free-flowing coarse powder, approximately 10 mesh.
(4) Packaging, Storage and Transportation:
20 kg per package. The effective shelf life is 12 months.Transport as ordinary chemicals. Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, and take precautions against fire and moisture.
Note: The above product data are typical laboratory values, which may fluctuate to a certain extent due to differences in customers' actual production equipment and process parameter settings. These data are for reference only and do not constitute an official quality commitment.
