Polypropylene PP Powder 30 Mesh Free-Flowing High Temperature Resistant ≥95℃ Warpage Resistant For Rotational Molding

(1) Characteristics:

Excellent high-temperature resistance and warpage resistance. The long-term operating temperature is above 95°C, and the short-term operating temperature can reach above 120°C.

Excellent rigidity, as well as surface scratch resistance and mar resistance, which are significantly superior to those of polyethylene.

The surface can be painted (for fonts and patterns); suitable automotive spray paints (for touch-up) are also applicable.

It can be flame-retardant and antibacterial, etc.

(2) Usage Method:

The processing temperature should be set 15-20°C higher than that of ordinary rotational molding polyethylene materials, and the heating time should also be longer than that of polyethylene. (The melting point of this material is more than 30°C higher than that of polyethylene; therefore, it requires a higher processing temperature and longer heating time compared to rotational molding polyethylene materials.)

If the interior of the product made following the above steps still has an uneven texture with fine powder residues, appropriately increase the processing temperature or extend the heating time accordingly.

Processing parameters will vary for products of different sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, or when processing on different rotational molding machines.

3) Product Physical Properties:

Free-flowing white powder, 30 mesh. Color matching is available upon request.

(4) Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

20 kg per package. The effective storage period is 12 months.Transport as ordinary chemicals. Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, and protect against fire and moisture.
