Type-II Terminator for Late PVC Polymerization Add at 80% Conversion Improve Resin Quality Rapid Dispersion

Ⅰ. Purpose
In the late stage of PVC polymerization, the decrease of monomer content tends to produce low molecular weight PVC
molecules and increase of side chains, which affects the quality of PVC. Therefore, a terminator is needed to terminate the reaction. Type Ⅱ water-emulsion terminator can be dispersed into the reaction system quickly and terminate the reaction rapidly, and can significantly improve the whiteness and thermal stability of PVC.
II. Quality Indicators:
Appearance: milky white liquid
solid content:>36%
pH: 6~8
Ⅲ. Usage:
The product is added when the conversion rate of PVC synthesis reaction is about 80%, and the amount of the product is about 0.1% of the monomer.
IV. Packaging and Storage:
The product is packaged in 200kg plastic drums, with customization available upon request. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 12 months.
