Terminator T-V, also known as an antioxidant, is a highly
efficient, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic system. It contains
no bisphenol A, α -methylstyrene, or organic amines. The system
incorporates multiple high-performance antioxidants that
significantly enhance the whiteness and thermal stability of PVC
products. It also prevents yellowing and maintains transparency
during downstream processing. This product is suitable for
manufacturing various types of PVC resin.

III. Usage Instructions
When the conversion rate of PVC synthesis reaction is about 80%, the polymerization reaction is
stopped immediately by adding the terminator T-V, which reduces the proportion of unstable
structure in PVC and significantly improves the whiteness and thermal stability time of the resin.
IV. Recommended dosage for commonly used domestic reactor types
The dosage of terminator T-V (an antioxidant) per batch is approximately 800-1000ppm
(equivalent to monomer mass). Users may adjust the dosage according to the PVC product model
and initiator input to achieve optimal performance.
V. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in blue plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg. It should be stored in a
dry, well-ventilated warehouse at low temperatures, kept in unopened containers at 5-40℃. The
shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production.
