Ⅰ. Purpose:
SJ-SDS is a new-generation high-efficiency emulsifier with excellent emulsification and dispersion performance. It is widely used in the production process of PVC paste resin, where its technical specifications match or even surpass those of imported products. Currently, it stands as the most advanced emulsifier for PVC paste resin in China.

Ⅲ. Usage:
First, add a measured amount of deionized water to the emulsifier tank and heat the tank to 70-80° C. While stirring, gradually introduce the emulsifier SDS and other emulsifier additives, maintaining both temperature and agitation. The material can only be added after 1 hour (as the emulsifier aqueous solution is prone to decomposition, and to maximize its effectiveness, the solid
content should be controlled below 10%, with preparation completed 1 hour before material addition). Additionally, this product can be used to prepare oil-soluble initiator dispersion solutions. Dissolve a specified amount of emulsifier in deionized water and add it to the initiator tank, stirring for 1 hour before material addition. For example, in a 48M3 reactor (H-10 and L-10), the addition amount is approximately 0.86 (260-265 kg). When preparing initiator dispersion solutions using azo compounds and organic peroxides as composite initiators, the addition amounts per reactor are 4kg and 1kg respectively.
IV. Packaging and Storage:
The product is packaged in 50kg plastic drums or customized packaging as requested. It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area for six months. General occupational safety regulations must be followed during use.
