Liquid zinc serves as a widely used heat stabilizer in vinyl chloride (VFC) polymerization formulations. It effectively
prevents structural defects in PVC's main chain, such as dienes, trienes, conjugated double bonds, polyenes, side chains, and
unstable molecular structures like allyl chloride. This stabilizer also inhibits whiteness degradation during the stripping and
drying processes of PVC resin, thereby enhancing its thermal aging whiteness and stability. Additionally, liquid zinc
significantly reduces residual vinyl chloride monomer in the resin.

Ⅲ. Usage:
Users can choose to use it according to the actual situation, and can be added in the early and late stages of the reaction. The
dosage is 0.3~0.4kg (per 1000kg PVC).
IV. Packaging and Storage:
1. This product is packaged in 200 kg plastic drums, and can also be customized for specific customer requirements.
2. Avoid collisions, upside-down placement, and direct exposure to heat or rain. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated
warehouse.
3. Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product shall remain valid for one year from the date of
production.
