SJ series high efficiency viscosity reducer
1. Purpose:
Viscosity reducers are high-performance nonionic surfactants with excellent wetting, diffusion, and viscosity-reducing properties. Primarily used in EPVC resin production and processing, they reduce the viscosity of EPVC plasticizing paste by 1/3 to 1/2, facilitating EPVC property adjustments. Additionally, they are widely applied as wetting agents and emulsifiers in industries such as detergents, pesticides, and textile printing and dyeing, demonstrating broad application potential.

3. Usage:
After completing the emulsion polymerization of EPVC resin, add 0.1-1% of the emulsion volume as SJ high-efficiency viscosity reducer. The mixture is then stirred and dried to obtain EPVC resin with lower viscosity. Alternatively, during the slurry preparation of EPVC resin, add 0.5-2% of the resin volume as DF high-efficiency viscosity reducer based on the viscosity level to achieve optimal consistency. Note that SJ high-efficiency viscosity reducer should be preheated before use when ambient temperature is below 10°C to maintain good fluidity for application.
IV. Packaging and Storage:
This product is non-hazardous and packaged in 200kg iron drums. It can be stored at room
temperature for one year
