Ⅰ. Purpose:

F-02 anti-stick coating agent is a new generation of polyphenol polymer-based anti-stick coating agent, widely used in the production process of PVC paste resin. The product performance fully meets or even exceeds the technical specifications of imported anti-stick coating agents, making it the most advanced coating agent for PVC paste resin production in China.

II. Technical indicators:

Appearance: red-purple powder

Volatile matter:  ≤5%

Methanol insoluble matter:  ≤15%

Turbidity point:  ≤30

Ⅲ. Usage:

1. The anti-caking agent can be sprayed directly after being dissolved in methanol or ethanol, with a solubility of 1.4%.

2. Solution preparation: Weigh a certain amount of product and dissolve it in 20L methanol or ethanol. Stir and filter, then add the specified amount of methanol or ethanol and stir until fully dissolved.

3.  Typical   dosage:  For  a  48M3  reactor,  the  recommended   spray  volume   is   110-150g  per application. Dissolve 330g of anti-stick gold agent in 30L methanol, stir thoroughly to ensure complete  dissolution,  and  use  in  three  separate  batches  of  approximately   10L  each.  Stir  the mixture before each application.

4. Operating Procedure: First, clean the reactor with 30MPa high-pressure water and rinse with deionized water. Using a pump, evenly distribute the prepared coating agent through the nozzle onto the reactor walls and agitator blades. Simultaneously, raise the temperature to approximately 70  C and activate the exhaust fan to vent methanol into the atmosphere. After thoroughly rinsing the reactor walls and agitator, the material can be fed into the system.

IV. Packaging and Storage:

The product is packaged in 2kg plastic bags or customized packaging as requested. It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area with a shelf life of one year at temperatures below  50  C. General occupational safety regulations must be followed when using this product.
